The Shringara Antique Silver Necklace (Oxidised)

An exquisite design handcrafted in Sterling Silver (92.5). The necklace is an ornate choker that sits close to your neck and is made up of a beautiful mesh of numerous stamped silver units all joined together with great skill and finesse.

The skill and craftsmanship exhibited in this piece is truly amazing. Crafted using techniques used in South Indian antique jewellery; the necklace has been oxidised to give it a dark patina.

(Note: Tassle provided at the end for adjusting the length, we can also provide silver links/chain if desired at an extra cost.)

For Oxidised Silver

* Store all pieces in airtight plastic covers (this prevents them from
being tarnished or becoming black.)
*Exposed to the atmosphere, all silver is prone to oxidation/ blackening and consequent tarnishing ; this does not in any way signify that the Silver is impure. Gentle rubbing with a silver cleaning cloth or soft cotton cloth will restore the original shine.

*Please note that gold-dipped or gold-plated/ rosegold plated silver
jewellery is meant for occasional use only, it cannot be used
everyday. Gold polish will fade with regular use and frequent exposure to air and water and will need re-plating/polishing.
* All Gold plated ; Rhodium plated ; Rose gold plated silver jewellery
has to be stored in an airtight plastic cover away from
moisture, water and sweat. Proper storage will ensure that the
gold-finish, rhodium or rose-gold plating stays for a long time.
*We gold-plate our jewellery with 24 carat gold which gives it a real gold look. We do not use lacquer or other harmful chemicals.

*Avoid wearing jewellery while cooking, household cleaning,
bathing or swimming .
*Repair and repolish if possible is a chargeable service .
